I recently tried using brake fluid to strip paint as seen in this forum. I soaked one of my paint bombs and was very impressed with the results. The fluid quickly stripped several layers of paint until it hit a particular layer of paint and went no further. The paint bubbled up in some spots and is soft enough to scrape off with a firm tool but this isn't going to get the detailed parts of the body clear. Anybody seen this before?
